Our First Snows of the Year

 We made it past last year's first snow (October 11th).  This year, our first batch of the white stuff was October 19th!

It wasn't really enough to play in.  But, it snowed a few days later... much more... and enough to tromp through and dig into!

Eric took Ramsey out, as the goal was to build an igloo!  Eric later noted that Ramsey was more interested in watching the igloo build than assisting.  He was also more interested in knocking down Eric's work!

The Girls came over too, to play.  Even though the temp was frigid, they stayed out quite a long time before they seceded, coming in for hot cocoa and a treat.
