On the evening of Cinco de Mayo, Eric brought in the fish he'd caught. Ramsey, as usual, was his helper (this day in his crazy mismatched pajamas!). Eric cleaned fish and taught Ramsey the meaning behind the Mexican holiday while he cleaned fish.
To be festive, Ramsey wore his sombrero that we brought back from Cabo a few years earlier. Ole!
