Special Company: Grandpa & Grandma L

Grandpa and Grandma L live in Ohio, but they usually make it to South Dakota once per year.   They arrived this year right after the big snow storm.   On the way here, they drove through days of rain, sleet, and less-than-ideal weather.   But, when they got here, the days were calmer and a bit sunny (albeit still with some premature snow on the ground) and visiting family and friends was much nicer.

We spent the afternoon and evening together on Friday night at our home, visiting and catching up (and of course talking some politics! lol).
While Judi and I ran to the storage unit to grab a few things, Grandpa Orin hung out with Ramsey.  He learned lots of new things... mostly about Star Wars and Minecraft.  They played light sabers for a little while too.  Grandpa was brave!
Ramsey has a new recurring theme in picture-taking; sticking his tongue out.  *insert side-look-quasi-grumpy-Mom-face here*   And, Riggsy can't be left out of pictures either.  :-)
On Monday evening, we got together again (with Connor this time!) and had some more family time before they left to get on the road again.
As always, it was lovely to see them both and we miss them very much!!!!
