Big Ol' Shout-Out to Bumpa

We want to give a big ol' SHOUT OUT and Congratulations to Bumpa Bernie!  Last weekend, he went to the Red River Valley Woodcarvers' International Wood Arts Festival.   Out of hundreds of entries, Bernie won the "People's Choice" award with his hand-carved and hand-painted scene of a moose fending off a pack of wolves.

This is the second year in a row that he has won the coveted People's Choice award.  Last year, he entered and won with a beautiful wood duck that took him hundreds of hours to make.   He also took second place in the overall competition with that same piece.

BEAUTIFUL WORK, Bumpa!  Your talent, patience, and artistic articulation astounds us all.  And now, others have the pleasure of viewing your wonderful works.
