Ramsey found a new book obsession; Diary of a Wimpy Kid series. Incidentally, Connor liked these books as well and we'd watched some of the movies together.
I bought him the entire series/set (16 books to date) since they're difficult to find at the library (they're in high demand!).
Now, I am watching the old (and new) movies with Ramsey. For Ramsey's evening reading assignment, he must read aloud to a parent for at least 15 minutes. Ramsey and I usually hide away in the bedroom for about 45 minues and he reads Wimpy Kid books for me (we've also read a new Dragon Masters book, but he doesn't seem to like those as much anymore).
But, when he's not reading to us, he's reading in bed (for an hour or TWO after bedtime - oye!). Or, he can be found with his nose in a book in the massage chair. Bigger bang for his buck!
...so very happy that he's such a good little reader and enjoys them so much.
