Ramsey hasn't seen many of his friends this summer (the little girls down the road have to go to "The Club" this summer while the folks work in town). Prior to this, he's had one play date with his buddy Henry though. And today, we asked Henry out to swim and play.
When Henry's grandma and grandpa dropped him off, they told me that he was rather tentative with swimming.
Eric took the boys down to the water and I ventured out to watch for a few minutes. When I saw Henry jumping from the dock, I was speechless. He had gotten so much braver in just a short amount of time!
Ramsey was happy to have a buddy. These two chums are both in the same grade. They're both hoping they can be in the same class this year.
